You may call to schedule an appointment Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm by calling 865-531-4600 and holding for the appointment desk. If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you do so within 24 hours of your scheduled visit.

Medication Refills: 

If you need prescription refills, please request those when you see your Provider. If you need to call the office, please be prepared to leave the following information:

Patient's full name
Date of Birth
phone number
Name of medication and dosage
Pharmacy name and phone number

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your request to be completed and check with your Pharmacy.

Insurance and Billing: 

We participate with most insurance companies and networks, however, to be sure we are included in yours, please contact your insurance provider before you schedule your appointment. Our Billing Department will gladly file your insurance claim for you. Your insurance requires that all co-pays, co-insurance, or deductibles be paid at the time of service.
